- Ranch dressing – Use homemade ranch dressing or store-bought ranch dressing.

Serving Suggestions
I could eat these as a main course, especially if you add some shredded rotisserie chicken on them. Just like I do with these lemon feta fries. You can also use beef like in these carne asada fries. But if you want to serve some side dishes with them, here are some delicious options.
Dipping Sauces: Ranch dressing, blue cheese dip, honey mustard, sour cream, or this spicy mayo dipping sauce taste delicious with them.
Fresh Veggies: Balance out the fries with some fresh veggies such as carrot sticks, celery sticks, or cucumber slices. Just like you would with chicken wings.
Fruit: Another great option is to serve them with some fresh fruit. Grapes, apple slices, and strawberries are so refreshing.
Salad: Try these with a simple side salad or a chopped salad with some extra protein.

Storage & Reheating
These fries are best served immediately after you. make them. But, if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
Reheat buffalo fries in the oven or air fryer to get them crispy again. But, they will not be as crispy as when you first made them because the sauce seeps into the fries. When I have tried to reheat them in the microwave, they get hot but they stay soft so I don’t recommend this.

I use frozen fries because it’s easier but you can certainly make homemade french fries. Try these sweet potato wedges too!
If you’re not a fan of spicy food, you can use less buffalo sauce or try a mild or medium wing sauce. You can even dust them with a little fries seasoning and leave off the buffalo sauce.
Bleu cheese crumbles is what I typically serve with hot wings and buffalo sauce but feel free to use your favorite. Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, or even pepper jack cheese will work well with these.
