- 32 ounces Velveeta diced or in large chunks
- 10.5 ounces Rotel not drained
- 8 ounces hot pork sausage ground or crumbled
- 2 cups salad shrimp roughly 9-10 ounces

- Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 3-4 hours. Stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Substitute ground turkey or ground beef for the sausage.
- Be sure to use raw salad shrimp. If they are cooked before adding they will become tough.
- Stir in some taco seasoning, Cajun seasoning, ground cumin, or red pepper flakes for a little kick!
- Substitute a mixture of cream cheese and fresh grated cheddar cheese for the Velveeta.
- Make it spicier by using pickled or fresh jalapeno peppers instead of green chiles.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder for extra kick.
- For a more tangy dip, stir in sour cream right before serving.
