Ingredients

1.5 cups tater tots cooked
1 cup pulled pork carnitas cooked
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup Homemade Refrigerator Pickles sliced thin

Instructions

Place your warm tater tots in an oven-proof bowl.
Cover with pork carnitas.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350F for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with pickle slices.
Enjoy!
