This recipe uses one plain and one flavored but use your favorite flavors!
Slice bagels in half to open them, then half again to make a c-shape. Lay bagel flat. Holding your hand on top to stabilize, cut bagels horizontally into ¼ -⅛ inch slices. Each half makes 3-4 slices. Slices will not be perfect and you might have some smaller pieces, but that’s okay.
It is not necessary to grease air fryer since the bagel slices already have oil on both sides.
Store chips in airtight container or Ziplock bag for up to 5 days.
