Ingredients

chicken wings

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
Homemade Jerk Seasoning
Cilantro Ginger Avocado Sauce
Instructions
Combine the wings, olive oil, Jerk seasoning in a bag.
Mix to coat the wings and let marinate for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cover a baking sheet with foil.
Spray with some non-stick spray.
Lay the wings in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy.
Serve with dipping sauce.
