This classic cream cheese frosting combines butter, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness. It is great to have this on hand for all your dessert emergencies!
2 8-ouncecream cheese/Greek yogurt mixtureroom temperature
2poundspowdered sugarsifted
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Mix butter and cream cheese until fully combined.
Add the sugar and mix to combine.
Add the salt and vanilla.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Mine never lasts this long.
Notes
