Juice from ½ of a lime
2
teaspoons
hot sauce
1
teaspoon
ketchup
½
teaspoon

paprika
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
white granulated sugar
⅛
teaspoon
coarse kosher salt
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients.
Chill in the fridge until ready to eat.
Notes
Use a rich and creamy mayonnaise as the base. I love Japanese kewpie mayo!
Substitute Greek yogurt for the mayo if you want it tangy.
Give it an Asian spin with some toasted sesame oil, some chili sauce, and some rice vinegar instead of the lime juice.
Add some extra heat with cayenne or balance it out with some hot honey.
Chill it for at least 30 minutes before suing to allow the flavors to mix.
