Ingredients
Chicken Wings

olive oil
Avocado Salsa Verde Sauce

prepared salsa verde

sour cream
Southwest Seasoning Mix

teaspoons
Dried Parsley

teaspoons
Dried Onion

teaspoons
Chili Powder

Cumin

teaspoon
Salt
1/4
teaspoon
Crushed Red Pepper

teaspoon
Dried Cilantro
1/4
teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Make the Southwest Seasoning Mix
Mix all the ingredients together for the Southwest Seasoning Mix.
Store in an air-tight container until ready to use.
Prepare the Southwest Chicken Wings
Combine chicken wings, olive oil, and homemade Southwest Seasoning Mix in a zip-top bag or storage container.
Let marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
Cook the Southwest Chicken Wings
When ready to cook the wings, preheat oven to 400F.
Spread the wings on a baking sheet, covered with foil and a
cooling grate
.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Remove wings from the oven and serve warm with the avocado salsa verde sauce.
Make the avocado salsa verde sauce
Mash the ripe avocado with the salsa verde until mashed thoroughly.
Add the sour cream and mix until combined.
If needed add salt and pepper.
