Equipment
Wooden Serving Tray Shiplap & Distressed
Measuring Cups & Spoons Set of 10
Weck - 0.25 Liter Mold Jars with Lids
Ingredients
4
tablespoons
parsley
4
tablespoons
minced dried onion
4
tablespoons
chili powder
ancho chili powder is best
4
teaspoons
cumin
2
teaspoons
salt
2
teaspoons
crushed red pepper
4
teaspoons
dried cilantro
2
teaspoons
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
Use as needed. (I like to use 2 tablespoons per pound of meat/veggies)
Notes
Use the freshest spices you can find. They lose flavor the older they are!
Rub the spices in your fingers before you use it. This releases the oils in them and bring out their flavors.
You can use regular chili powder if you can't find the ancho or substitute some smoked paprika for part of it.
Store in a drak, cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
