Ingredients
4
tablespoons
dried dill
6
tablespoons
garlic powder
6
tablespoons
onion powder
4
tablespoons
dried chives
1 ½
teaspoons
dried mustard
6
tablespoons
dried parsley
2
tablespoons
salt
1 ½
tablespoons
black pepper
Instructions
Mix together and store in a cool, dry place.
To Use
1 tablespoon + 1/3 mayo + 1/3 cup milk to make the dressing.
2 tablespoons + 16 oz sour cream to make the dip
2 tablespoons = 1 store bought packet
Notes
Use powders, not granulated garlic and onion, so the blend dissolves smoothly into dips and dressings.
Shake the jar before each use since the finer spices settle.
Write the dressing and dip ratios right on the jar so they are always handy.
Let dips and dressings rest at least 30 minutes so the dried herbs rehydrate and bloom.
Double or triple the batch since it keeps for months and you will use it constantly.
