Ingredients
8
ounces
cream cheese
4
ounces
sour cream
1
cup
diced dill pickles
diced fine
2
ounces
ham
diced fine
Instructions
Combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until thoroughly mixed.
Add in the diced pickles and diced ham.
Stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper or garlic powder if desired.
Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
If it is too thick, thin it out with a little pickle juice.
If you prefer not to chop your own pickles, dill pickle relish will work just as well.
Let cream cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing.
Chipped beef or Buddig Dried Beef,
corn beef
, or salami work great in this recipe as well.
Sour cream is not necessary to make this dip, but it does make it easier to spread on crackers without breaking them.
This is a great make ahead dip!
