Ingredients

Toasted French Bread and Crackers
for dipping
Instructions
Start by adding your ham, pepperoni, salami, cheese, red onion, lettuce, banana peppers, and relish to a large bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl add your mayo, pepperoncini juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Whisk together until well combined.
Pour into your large bowl and combine everything. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving bowl and surround with crackers and french bread.
Notes
Prep ahead
: Prepare 1 hour early for best flavor. You can prep earlier by chopping the ingredients 2 days ahead.
Chop evenly
: Keep meat and cheese pieces similar size for easier eating and scooping.
Sturdy dippers
: Use toasted French bread, crackers, pita chips, or bagel chips.
