Ingredients

  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 slice fresh clementine
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 tsp Confectioners sugar
  • Garnish: Clementine ribbon and pomegranate arils

Instructions

  • Muddle the clementine slice and powdered sugar together.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir with a couple of ice cubes.
  • Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with clementine ribbon.
