Ingredients

chicken breasts
boneless, skinless

cream of chicken soup
6
ounces
stuffing mix
not prepared

cup
sour cream
Instructions
In a slow cooker, layer the chicken breasts on the bottom.
In a bowl, combine the soup and sour cream.
Spread over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the soup mix. Do not stir.
Cover and cook on low 4-5 or high 2-3 hours.
Serve as individual chicken breasts or shred and mix with gravy before serving.
Notes
Use a slow cooker liner
for easy cleanup and season chicken well before cooking.
Want crispy stuffing?
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes after slow cooking.
Switch up flavors
with cream of mushroom, celery, or onion soup, or add extra sour cream/cheese for creaminess.
Substitute croutons
for stuffing mix (break up large pieces first).
Serve whole
