Unwrap the round of brie and place in an oven safe baking dish. (If using a smaller dish, line with parchment paper so you can remove it to a larger serving tray)
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until very soft in the center.
Remove and drizzle with honey.
Serve with crackers, grapes, apples, and bread slices.

If using a smaller dish, try lining it with parchment paper to make it easier to transfer to a serving platter.
A small cast iron skillet works well too.
Try either a full wheel of brie or a smaller wedge, depending on your preference.
Before baking, allow the brie to reach room temperature.
Leave the top of the brie intact and simply make hashmarks on it using a sharp knife.
If you prefer a savory twist, consider serving it with toppings like tomato bacon jam or caramelized onions.
