Elvis Cheese Ball
Let's not forget the original King of Rock and Roll and his contribution to the culinary world! His combination of Peanut Butter, Banana, and Bacon are a delicious combination for everything but especially my Elvis Cheese Ball!

Ingredients
8
ounces
cream cheese
softened
1/2
cup
peanut butter
2
ripe bananas
mashed
1
tsp
vanilla
6
slices
bacon
cooked crisp, chopped small
1
cup
powdered sugar
1
cup
pretzels
I prefer the waffle shape for this recipe
Instructions
Make the bacon coating
If you haven't already, cook the bacon till it's crispy.
Cool and chop very small.
Make the Elvis cheese ball
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and peanut butter.
Mix until fully combined.
Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix to combine.
Add the mashed banana and fold gently.
Too much mixing and the bananas will get brown faster.
Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 mins.
When ready to serve the Elvis Cheese Ball
Remove the Elvis cheese ball from the fridge and unwrap.
Roll the cheese ball in the chopped bacon to evenly coat the cheese ball.
Serve with pretzels.
I prefer the waffle-shaped ones for the larger surface area.
