These simple chocolate chip cookies just got more exciting with their new shape and fun dipping sauces! Cookie fries are sweeping the nation! Or maybe just my house.

Ingredients
For the Cookie Fries

chocolate chips
Peanut butter sauce

tablespoons
creamy peanut butter

tablespoons
milk

powdered sugar
Vanilla cream sauce

powdered sugar

milk

Chocolate Sauce
1/2

cocoa
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1/2

milk

teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Cookie Fries
Combine butter and sugars in a bowl.
Stir to combine.
Add egg, vanilla, and salt. Stir to combine.
Add dry ingredients and combine.
Stir in chocolate chips and mix.
Press dough into a 9x13 pan and bake at 375F for 25 minutes. Make sure the middle is cooked all the way through. Cooking times may vary with ovens.
When cooked through, remove pan and let cool for about 20 minutes. If they are too warm, they will fall apart when cutting.
When cool, cut into sticks. I ended up with 4 rows of 8 sticks.
Place sticks back on cookie sheet and bake for another 10 minutes, like biscotti.
While cookies are baking make your choice of dipping sauces.
For the Dipping Sauces
To make the sauces combine all the ingredients for that sauce and stir until smooth.
The chocolate sauce comes together better if heated in a pan for 3 minutes. Just leave out the vanilla until your remove from the heat.
