Breakfast Pigs in a Blanket

On hectic mornings when we’re rushing out the door, I whip up a batch of these Breakfast Pigs in a Blanket while everyone is getting their shoes on.

This is enought time for everyone to enjoy a fun and kid-friendly breakfast!


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on your work surface. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the parchment paper, and separate it into 8 triangles.

Step 2

On each crescent dough triangle, place a slice of cheese, add a cocktail sausage, and drizzle with about 1/4 teaspoon of maple syrup.

Step 3

Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or coated with cooking spray. Brush each roll with the beaten egg.
