Whip up a dozen of these Big Mac Egg Rolls. They are an easy recipe for tailgating, a fun family dinner, or make ahead for a quick lunch!
In a medium skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until almost done. Stir in mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce.
Wrap the egg rolls. Place a wrapper diagonally in front of you on a clean surface. Add a slice of cheese to the middle.
Wet the edges with water and fold. Start with the bottom corner folding up. Then tuck in the sides and roll up to seal. Repeat until all are done.
