Chipped Beef Dip is a fun twist on the classic get-together appetizer; the Chipped Beef Cheese Ball! This easy-to-make dip can be served hot or cold and with buttery crackers or crisp veggies.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until combined.
Add the finely chopped dried beef, green onions, Worcestershire, and ranch seasoning.
Stir to mix thoroughly.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with more chopped dried beef and green onions and serve with your favorite crackers and vegetables.
Enjoy.
Notes
Be sure to let the cream cheese come close to room temperature so it is soft enough to mix with the sour cream.
I like to whip just the cream cheese with a hand mixer before adding the sour cream. Otherwise you could get some chunks of cream cheese that don’t mix well.
Add in a little horseradish or diced pickled jalapeno for a little spice.
Feel free to serve this delicious dip hot or cold!
Serve this is your favorite crackers or raw veggies. It’s also great on bagels in the morning!
I have added finely chopped green pepper to this dip for a little more freshness.
