Preheat oven to 250F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, combine the spices and stir to mix. Add olive oil and mix.
In a large bowl, add the oyster crackers. Pour the spice and oil mix over the oyster crackers.
Toss to coat.
Spread on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 250F for 15-20 minutes, stirring half way through to ensure even baking.
Remove and cool completely before serving.

Notes
Use a packet of Ranch dressing mix instead of the spices to make it easier.
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning for more brightness.
Some like to toss them in a zip-top bag with the oil and spices but I find that too much of the coating sticks inside the bag. I like to use a bowl so I can scrape out all the coating with a spatula and not miss any.
Use leftovers as croutons for salads or toppings for your favorite soups like clam chowder!
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese when they come out of the oven for more richness.
