Ingredients

yellow onions

tablespoons
butter
Instructions
Slice the onions no more than 1 inch thick. Separate the slices and add to the crockpot bowl.
Add the butter and stir to coat.
Cook on low for 10 hours stirring occasionally.
The last hour or two, crack the lid so the juices can evaporate to get the jammy texture.
Remove and cool. Store how you like.
