Juiced Up Grape Jelly
This grown-up version of grape jelly is great for an "adult" snack! This jelly whips up fast, tastes like your favorite wine and can be used for many different things!

Ingredients

bottle Cabernet Sauvignon
(750ml or 3 1/2 cups)
1/2
cup
lime juice
4 1/2
cups
granulated sugar
1
package powdered pectin
(1.75 oz)
Instructions
In a saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring wine and lime juice to a boil.
Once the wine comes to a boil, add the sugar and the pectin.
Bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute.
After the 1 minute, remove the pan from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Pour the wine jelly into the freezer containers.
Cool to room temperature and store in the freezer.
You can store for 3 months in the freezer and it will have the consistency of jelly.
