Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Thaw shrimp if frozen, pat dry with paper towels, and place in a large bowl.
Melt butter and whisk in old bay seasoning. Pour over the shrimp and toss to coat. Place the shrimp on the prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
