Apricot Pistachio Brie Phyllo Cups

Apricot Pistachio Brie Bites are an elegant, yet QUICK and EASY, party appetizer that everyone will love.

SWEET apricot jam, baked with CREAMY brie, topped with CRUNCHY, SALTY pistachios all nestled in a CRISPY, FLAKY phyllo cup.


- phyllo cups - Brie - apricot preserves - Garnish with chopped pistachios

Preheat oven to 375F. Place the cups on a baking sheet.

Add a cube of brie to each pastry cup. Top with a teaspoon of apricot preserves.

Bake at 375F until warm and bubbly (about 15 minutes). Remove and garnish with finely chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
