Sweet Pea Dip with Carrot Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peas (, blanched and chilled)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 6 carrots

Instructions

  1. Place peas in the food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix with yogurt and lemon zest.
  3. Place in serving dish.
  4. Peel and slice carrots on the angle.
  5. Serve with the dip.
