It’s a new year and there are so many new possibilities!  Most of us will be starting a “diet” or lifestyle change.  Gyms will be packed this month with everyone jumping on the the fitness train.  The only problem is that most people don’t change their eating habits enough.  Here are some fun and healthy snacks to keep you on track!

Starting off with a healthy breakfast is the best way to set yourself up for success throughout the day.  If I eat something good, I don’t want to ruin it by eating junky food for lunch or dinner.

Chia Seed Pudding is also a great breakfast!  You can make it vanilla or chocolate if you are a chocoholic like me!  Nuts and fruit are a great way to add some more texture!
