Description

Creamy Corn Dip with a hint of jalapeno that you can make in your crock pot? Who doesn’t need this in their life, because I know that I do!

Ingredients

4 cups white corn (frozen, golden is fine too)

1 jalapeño (seeded, chopped fine)

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup green onion (sliced thin)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

sliced green onion for garnish

chips for serving


Instructions

Mix all the ingredient, minus the garnish in a crock pot.

Cook on high for 1 hour.

Stir and cook for another 30 minutes on high.

Stir and serve warm!
